Service Contract Options include:

[Preventive Maintenance Contract] includes cleaning evaporator and condensor coils, replace air filter, flush condensate lines, check electrical connections. 2 inspections a year, spring and fall.

1 system $105.00      2 systems $140.00 per year

[Gold Service Contract] includes cleaning evaporator and condensor coils, replace air filter, flush condensate lines, check electrical connections, parts and labor covered under this contract call office for information, we can gladly mail you a contract. 2 inspections a year, spring and fall.
